About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the initial coding of surveys, facilitate revisions, manage data delivery, and ensure high data quality throughout projects
Program and collaborate on survey updates in a timely manner to meet or exceed timing expectations
Program online surveys with required quality and productivity levels
Program and test survey logic
Undertake quality assurance of online surveys
Adhere to project capabilities and meet client timing expectations
Partner with internal teams to understand project requirements
Participate in client meetings to understand requirements
Proactively offer alternative solutions to adverse designs or system limitations
Serve as an information resource and provide ongoing internal and external support
Maintain communication with all parties associated with projects
Participate in internal projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience on Decipher or a similar survey programming tool, such as Confirmit or Qualtrics
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and logic skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to develop rapport in team settings and establish credibility with colleagues and cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with other associates
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Patience and knowledge to debug issues or problems
Marketing research and project management experience is a plus
