Evaluate and rate AI model outputs based on evaluative questions
Perform annotation/labeling and classification of content
Assess content quality and generate labels for content understanding
Create augmented training data via transformations and text generation
Grade data to verify product features meet guidelines
Identify and label specific content types (clickbait, branded content, gaming videos, etc.)
Rank preferences and generate prompts for language models
Generate, rewrite, and summarize responses; evaluate relevance and similarity
Transcribe audio to text and translate between languages
Collect and compile various data types for model training
Contribute to large language model (LLM) training and evaluation as part of a global contributor community
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a humanities specialization (Master’s or PhD strongly preferred)
Professional or Expert level proficiency (C1/C2) in English
Professional or Expert level proficiency (C1/C2) in Vietnamese
Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; no visa sponsorship
Must be at least 18 years of age
Availability for up to 40 hours per week as specified by role (Full-time, Fixed Term)
