About the role
- Evaluate and rate AI model outputs based on evaluative questions
- Perform annotation/labeling and classification of content
- Assess content quality and generate labels for content understanding
- Create augmented training data via transformations and text generation
- Grade data to verify product features meet guidelines
- Identify and label specific content types (clickbait, branded content, gaming videos, etc.)
- Rank preferences and generate prompts for language models
- Generate, rewrite, and summarize responses; evaluate relevance and similarity
- Transcribe audio to text and translate between languages
- Collect and compile various data types for model training
- Contribute to large language model (LLM) training and evaluation as part of a global contributor community
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a humanities specialization (Master’s or PhD strongly preferred)
- Professional or Expert level proficiency (C1/C2) in English
- Professional or Expert level proficiency (C1/C2) in Vietnamese
- Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; no visa sponsorship
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability for up to 40 hours per week as specified by role (Full-time, Fixed Term)
