About the role
- Evaluate and rate AI model outputs based on evaluative questions
- Perform annotation/labeling and classification of content elements
- Evaluate content quality, relevance, similarity, and preference ranking
- Generate prompts, responses, rewrites, and summaries for language models
- Create and augment training data (text, images, audio/video transformations)
- Grade data and identify whether product features work per guidelines
- Identify and label specific content types (clickbait, branded content, gaming videos, etc.)
- Transcribe and translate audio/text where required
- Collect and compile data for training and evaluation of AI models
- Contribute as a Subject Matter Expert in Innodata’s SME on Demand program
- Work remotely on project-specific assignments to improve LLM language and reasoning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a humanities specialization is required
- Advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) strongly preferred
- Professional or Expert level proficiency (C1/C2) in English and Thai
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at time of hire
- Innodata is unable to provide visa sponsorship
- Ability to perform tasks such as annotation, evaluation, prompt generation, translation, transcription, and data augmentation
- Ability to work remotely and follow project-specific guidelines
