About the role
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms
- Monitor KPIs and adjust bids, targeting, and creatives to maximize ROI
- Conduct research on audiences, competitors, and trends to improve campaigns
- Prepare reports and insights to share with clients and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to deliver campaigns that convert
- Maintain clear communication with clients, ensuring expectations are met
Requirements
- 2+ years managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
- Strong skills in analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, GTM)
- Experience in audience targeting and conversion optimization
- Results-driven mindset with strong communication skills
- Creative and proactive, able to generate new ideas
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients
