About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and refine core legal processes and workflows, including intake, triage, document management, templates, and playbooks.
Develop and maintain a legal operations strategy aligned with business and regulatory needs.
Establish KPIs and metrics to track performance and drive improvements.
Lead the centralization and optimization of legal document management systems.
Evaluate, select, implement, and optimize legal technology solutions.
Drive adoption of legal AI and workflow automation tools.
Develop dashboards and analytics on workload, cycle times, spend, and risk.
Build and maintain a legal knowledge management framework.
Lead change initiatives for new processes, technologies, and service delivery models.
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on legal operations, process optimization, and legal technology.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years’ experience in legal operations, legal project management, or related roles (ideally within a financial services environment).
Expertise in legal process improvement and transformation of inhouse functions through technology.
Familiarity with legal AI tools and prompt-based efficiency workflows.
Strong communicator who can engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong data analysis skills and experience with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
