About the role
- Preparatory financial accounting and support for financial controlling
- Internal and external reporting
- Process documentation
- Support in creating business cases and scenario analyses
- Financial analyses in collaboration with our Data Science team
- Support with external financing
- Process optimization and implementation of new tools
- Point of contact for tax advisors, banks, payroll providers and other external partners
- Other operational and project-based support
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable program with an economic background
- Confident handling of numbers, documentation, and structured processes
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent German and good English skills (team communication is in English)
- Willingness to onboard and learn new subject areas
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment (preferred)
- Experience improving internal processes and documentation (preferred)
- Basic project management experience (preferred)
- Two or more years of professional experience in a finance or accounting environment (preferred)
