About the role
- Business Partnering – You support our profit center managers in financial steering and participate in budget and advisory discussions.
- Financial planning and forecasting – You actively contribute to the preparation of the annual budget and regular forecasts and analyze variances.
- KPIs and reporting – You develop and monitor KPIs as well as monthly reporting and further enhance existing analyses and reports.
- Cost accounting and analyses – You support the team in cost center and cost object accounting and contribute to profitability and investment analyses.
- Data management and projects – You maintain our controlling systems, ensure data quality, and work on cross-departmental projects as well as on the further development of our ERP and controlling systems.
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/finance or a commercial apprenticeship with additional qualification in controlling
- Some prior professional experience in controlling is an advantage
- Structured, analytical and independent working style
- Enjoy working in a team and demonstrate a proactive approach
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
