About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage, monitor and execute high-complexity projects and activities in the UI/UX area (User Interface and User Experience)
  • Define strategies and methodologies to maximize the cost-effectiveness of resources, applications and technologies related to project and product UI/UX
  • Define guidelines, processes and procedures related to UI/UX across the company’s projects and products
  • Collaborate in the technical review of the company’s UI/UX guidelines and policies
  • Serve as the technical point of accountability for UI/UX matters in the area’s projects and products
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities inherent to the role.

What you’ll need
  • Receive and organize business requests to be implemented on platforms
  • Manage the agile rituals of the Product Platform squad
  • Document and report on activities
  • Backlog management
  • Act as liaison between the platform squad and stakeholders such as ProdOps, Pre-Sales and Technology
