Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience building and maintaining automation frameworks (from scratch or evolving existing frameworks)
Proficiency in Cypress and/or Selenium for web test automation
Experience with API test automation (Postman, RestAssured, or similar)
Knowledge of performance/load testing (JMeter, Gatling, or similar) is desirable
Proven experience with Visa and Mastercard simulators
Advanced knowledge of Payment Methods (ISO 8583)
Knowledge of Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C# applied to test automation
Code best practices: reuse, Page Object Model, design patterns applied to testing
Experience with SQL for validation and test data (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE)
Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI)
Experience with source control (Git)
Experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban)
Use of Azure DevOps (or Jira) for test case management, bug tracking, and traceability
Test strategy and quality plan definition
Microsoft tools (desirable)
Power App, Power Query, and Advanced Excel
Technical autonomy and ability to make decisions about automation strategy
Critical thinking to identify quality risks before they reach production
Clear communication with development, product, and business teams
Mentoring and spreading automation best practices across the team
