About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement analyses and analytical models;
Build and optimize data pipelines for efficient processing;
Create visualizations and dashboards that communicate insights clearly;
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends;
Collaborate with business teams to understand needs and requirements;
Participate in analytics projects end-to-end, from planning to implementation;
Document data analysis processes and methodologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data and Analytics-related roles;
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields;
Hands-on experience with data analysis languages (Python, R, or Scala);
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases;
Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker);
Knowledge of statistics and data modeling techniques;
Experience implementing ETL processes;
Good communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Desired:
Knowledge of machine learning and implementation of predictive models;
Experience in the financial sector or fintechs;
Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric;
Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop);
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their data services;
Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra);
Relevant certifications in Data and Analytics;
Knowledge of data governance and data quality.
