About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the Tech Lead for a development team, providing technical guidance and ensuring software engineering best practices.
Establish technical standards, practices, and guidelines across the organization to promote standardization and quality.
Lead critical architectural decisions and validate solutions proposed by development teams.
Mentor development teams, supporting the implementation of defined architectures and patterns.
Evaluate new technologies and frameworks, recommending adoption when they add business value and technical efficiency.
Conduct technical architecture reviews to ensure adherence to established standards.
Produce reference architecture documentation, including technical diagrams and structural models.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technology solutions that meet strategic needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in software development.
Technical management and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and develop engineering teams.
Regular 1:1s, feedback routines, and experience driving the growth of multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of application and infrastructure security practices to ensure system reliability and protection.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) and DevOps practices.
Ability to create and communicate a clear technical vision aligned with strategic business objectives.
Previous experience with Data & Power BI.
