About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical leadership to the team, guiding architects and developers on design, architecture, and implementation decisions.
Serve as the primary technical liaison with the client, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and an accurate understanding of business needs.
Manage and control client requirements, ensuring correct translation into detailed technical specifications.
Maintain requirements traceability throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.
Ensure that deliveries comply with quality standards and defined technical requirements.
Perform other duties inherent to the role, contributing to the efficiency, integration, and continuous improvement of projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experienced professional capable of organizing and coordinating multiple initiatives and managing the work of other professionals.
Technical authority in their specialty, responsible for defining quality standards and acting as a guardian of delivery consistency.
Strong cross-functional communication skills, ensuring alignment, smooth collaboration, and high-quality deliverables.
Proficiency in agile methodologies, with emphasis on Kanban and facilitation of agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective).
Planning and organization of activities, including Kanban board management and generation of delivery metrics using Kanbanize.
Fluent English, with the ability to operate in multilingual environments and collaborate with international teams.
Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence tools such as Gemini (Google) and GitHub Copilot, applied to technical support, automation, and productivity enhancement.
