About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a mid-level Quality Engineer, you will be involved in planning and executing more comprehensive testing strategies.
- Your responsibilities will include planning test automation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking a more active role in identifying opportunities to improve QA processes.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
- Drive test automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand system architectures.
- Actively participate in code reviews and development processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve QA processes and implement solutions.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Assist development and DevOps teams in identifying potential risks and improvements, and in scheduling the execution of automated tests.
- Attend meetings with Business and Development areas, providing guidance for the implementation of test scenarios.
- Proactivity and knowledge in some of the competencies required at senior levels.
