Key responsibilities & impact

As a Mid-level Quality Engineer, you will be involved in planning and executing more comprehensive testing strategies.
Your responsibilities will include planning test automation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking a more active role in identifying opportunities to improve QA processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
Lead or contribute to test automation initiatives.
Collaborate with development teams to understand system architectures.
Actively participate in code reviews and development processes.
Identify opportunities to improve QA processes and implement solutions.
Mentor junior team members.
Assist DevOps and development teams in identifying potential risks and improvements, and in scheduling the execution of automated tests.
Attend meetings with Business and Development areas to provide guidance for implementing test scenarios.
Plus: proactivity and knowledge in some of the competencies required for senior levels.
