Key responsibilities & impact

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end quality assurance strategy.
Your responsibilities include defining quality standards, mentoring junior and mid-level colleagues, and implementing innovative QA practices.
You are also expected to have a strategic mindset, positively influencing the quality culture across the organization.
You put the team first and proactively seek ways to support the work of other team members.
You propose solutions when reporting issues.
You evangelize best practices within the team and bring technological innovations to the discussion.
You actively participate in mentoring less experienced engineers.
You constantly stay up to date with best practices and new market trends.
Good communication with external teams and Product Owners.
You take initiative to fix problems before they are assigned to you.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Define and implement testing strategies and quality standards.
Guide and train junior and mid-level team members.
Develop innovative solutions for complex QA challenges.
Collaborate with project leads to ensure quality across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Provide technical leadership, influencing the quality culture across the organization.
Actively participate in design reviews and architectural decisions.
