About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Product Manager – AI-Driven acts as the strategist and guardian of the AI-Driven initiative's vision, responsible for translating AI-based digital transformation objectives into a viable, scalable product roadmap and technical capabilities that deliver high added value for Inmetrics and its clients.
- This PM not only manages the technical backlog and prioritizes deliveries but also serves in a consultative and strategic capacity, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business objectives, an evolving market, and the needs of developers and customers.
- Vision, Strategy and Roadmap
- Define and communicate the long-term vision for the AI-Driven initiative, connecting strategic objectives with differentiated technical capabilities.
- Build and maintain a robust product roadmap that balances short-term initiatives with long-term evolution.
- Validate business assumptions and hypotheses through intensive discovery, market research and customer feedback.
- Communicate the vision to multiple audiences in a consultative, value-oriented manner.
- Backlog Management
- Serve as the guardian of the product backlog, ensuring each item is clear, prioritized and contributes to the roadmap.
- Prioritize based on business impact, customer value and technical feasibility.
- Translate business needs into user stories and technical requirements in a clear manner.
- Collaborate with Tech Lead/Architect to ensure technical feasibility and balance trade-offs.
- Alignment with Engineering
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective).
- Understand developers' pain points and challenges, ensuring platforms meet real needs.
- Validate increments delivered by the team, ensuring adherence to acceptance criteria.
- Remove product-related blockers, negotiate trade-offs and facilitate quick decisions.
- Market Connection
- Work collaboratively with Pre-Sales, supporting technical proposals and estimates for clients.
- Collect customer feedback about needs and requirements, validating the roadmap.
- Participate in discovery meetings with clients, mapping requirements and validating feasibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and innovation in AI and automation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in product management as a Product Manager.
- Experience in consulting, technology services or tech startups.
- Exposure to B2B products, technical platforms or technology services.
- Track record in innovation, digital transformation and adoption of new technologies.
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- **Technical Knowledge**
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
- General understanding of technology, architecture, cloud and DevOps.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and automation.
- Knowledge of product management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc.).
- Experience with OKRs, KPIs and product metrics.
