About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the reliability, security, and stability of services and environments on a daily basis.
- Improve the resilience of environments, ensuring high performance, scalability, availability, and observability of systems.
- Actively participate in crisis and incident resolution, contributing to failure mitigation and rapid service recovery.
- Identify needs and define security requirements, supporting the continuous evolution of the product and technical solutions.
- Monitor, develop, and manage continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring smooth and high-quality deployments.
- Work on cost optimization of services, seeking efficiency and operational sustainability.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Cloud Native solutions, working in distributed, high-availability environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — AWS or Azure are accepted alternatives.
- Experience designing and deploying cloud environments with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
- Proficiency in deploying and troubleshooting microservices on managed Kubernetes, preferably GKE (alternatively EKS or AKS).
- Intermediate knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), applying best practices for automation and infrastructure standardization.
- Experience developing infrastructure automation using Bash, Python, or Go.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, working in multidisciplinary squads.
- Intermediate English, with the ability to communicate with global teams via chat, email, and technical tickets.
