About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the technical leadership of the team, ensuring the quality of deliverables, working hands-on, and promoting the continuous development of professionals.
- Leads technical training and leadership development initiatives, and supports management in decision-making.
- Participates in onboarding processes and in the full performance evaluation cycle, contributing to the definition of goals and development plans.
- Manages the training budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, and promotes engagement activities, including initiatives for hybrid work environments.
- Performs related activities focused on technical growth and strengthening the team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in People/Organizational Development (DHO)
- Experience in leadership development
