About the role

  • Perform manual testing on systems and applications, following established procedures and quality standards.
  • Document test results and evidence, identifying and reporting any defects found.
  • Assist in the preparation of test plans and in requirements verification.
  • Participate in problem analysis, helping to identify root causes and propose solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes and practices.
  • Carry out other tasks inherent to the role, supporting the team in delivering high-quality products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of software test management and execution, both manual and automated.
  • Basic understanding of version control tools such as Git.
  • Academic or practical experience with test management platforms like Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Genuine interest in acquiring new knowledge, with a drive for continuous technical and behavioral development.
  • Ambition for career growth, taking on responsibilities and seeking ownership of deliverables.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly, concisely, and contextually.
  • Skill in expressing oneself in a structured and confident manner.
  • Keeps records, notes, and documentation organized, ensuring traceability and efficiency in task execution.
