About the role

  • Test Execution and Quality Control:
  • Perform manual tests on systems and applications, following established procedures and quality standards.
  • Document test results and evidence, identifying and reporting any defects found.
  • Test Planning and Validation:
  • Assist in the preparation of test plans and requirement verifications, ensuring adequate coverage of functionality.
  • Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
  • Participate in problem analysis, helping to identify root causes and propose solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes and practices.
  • Related Activities:
  • Perform other duties inherent to the role, supporting the team in delivering high-quality products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of software test management and execution, both manual and automated.
  • Basic understanding of version control tools, such as Git.
  • Experience or academic exposure to test management platforms, such as Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Demonstrates genuine interest in acquiring new knowledge, seeking continuous technical and behavioral development.
  • Ambitious about career development, willing to take on responsibilities and seek a leading role in deliveries.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly, objectively, and contextually, facilitating interaction with different stakeholders.
  • Ability to express oneself in a structured and confident manner, contributing to meetings, presentations, and daily alignments.
  • Keeps organized records, notes, and documentation, ensuring traceability and efficiency in task execution.
  • Shows curiosity and critical thinking in scenario analysis, seeking to identify root causes, anticipate risks, and deepen understanding beyond the superficial.
