About the role

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to the team and stakeholders;
  • Create, prioritize, and maintain the Product Backlog, ensuring items are clear, detailed, and ready for development;
  • Define acceptance criteria and validate increments delivered by the team, ensuring adherence to business requirements;
  • Act as a bridge between the development team, business areas, clients, and other stakeholders;
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective), ensuring focus and direction;
  • Make quick, well-founded decisions about scope, prioritization, and trade-offs based on data and feedback;
  • Analyze usage data, product metrics, and user feedback to guide strategic decisions;
  • Collaborate with UX, Architecture, Engineering, and other areas to ensure technical feasibility and delivery quality;
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by transparently communicating status, impediments, and scope changes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in agile environments;
  • Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and product backlog management;
  • Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Miro, Confluence, etc.);
  • Ability to translate business needs into user stories, epics, and functional requirements;
  • Knowledge of data analysis, product metrics (OKRs, KPIs), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.);
  • Experience with digital products, preferably in contexts of Digital Acceleration, Cloud, Data & AI, or digital transformation.
  • Strategic vision and focus on business results;
  • Clear, assertive communication adaptable to different audiences;
  • Negotiation, influence, and conflict management skills;
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making;
  • Empathy for users and a strong focus on customer experience;
  • Autonomy, ownership mindset, and proactivity;
  • Collaboration and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
