About the role

  • Develop and implement analyses and analytical models;
  • Build and optimize data pipelines for efficient processing;
  • Create visualizations and dashboards that communicate insights clearly;
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends;
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand needs and requirements;
  • Participate in analytics projects from start to finish, from planning to implementation;
  • Document data analysis processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Data and Analytics-related roles;
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis languages (Python, R, or Scala);
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases;
  • Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker);
  • Knowledge of statistics and data modeling techniques;
  • Experience implementing ETL processes;
  • Good communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred:
  • Knowledge of machine learning and implementation of predictive models;
  • Experience in the financial sector or fintechs;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric;
  • Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop);
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their data services;
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra);
  • Relevant certifications in Data and Analytics;
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality.
