About the role

  • Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI focused on management and performance metrics.
  • Extract and organize data from Azure DevOps (Boards, Work Items, Queries, and Analytics Views).
  • Create KPIs related to backlog, throughput, lead time, activity cycle time, and demand volume.
  • Perform basic to intermediate data modeling (table relationships, fact/dimension structure).
  • Create measures and calculations using DAX.
  • Ensure consistency and reliability of the presented metrics.
  • Support the definition and review of metrics with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Document calculation rules and criteria used in the dashboards.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (modeling, intermediate/advanced DAX).
  • Experience using Azure DevOps as a data source.
  • Knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data.
  • Understanding of demand management metrics (lead time, SLA, backlog, aging).
  • Strong analytical skills and a critical mindset regarding data and metrics.
  • Consultative profile with initiative to propose improvements.
  • Good communication skills for interaction with technical teams and leadership.

  • Experience in the Telecom sector.
  • Experience working in agile environments.
  • Experience with multiple data sources.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Azure data services.
