About the role

  • Develop complex automation bots in Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud), applying structured logic, reusable components and secure integrations;
  • Build solutions for systems without native APIs (e.g., Orbium, GDC, NFC, e-Bank), using customized, sustainable approaches;
  • Ensure coding standards, logging and exception handling according to the client's established framework;
  • Conduct end-to-end integrated testing (E2E), implement fixes prior to Go-Live and monitor bot performance in production, applying adjustments as needed;
  • Produce comprehensive technical documentation (PDD, SDD, flow diagrams, user guides and acceptance criteria) and support process reviews with business analysts;
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), collaborating with business and technology teams.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop);
  • Ability to implement advanced integrations using .NET, PowerShell, Python and/or Node.js;
  • Experience with Connectors and Custom Connectors;
  • Experience with SQL and Oracle;
  • Experience managing work queues and deploying automation in pipelines;
  • Experience mapping and building automations for web systems, legacy systems and integrations via REST APIs;
  • Strong knowledge of version control strategies, technical logging and exception handling;
  • Experience documenting processes (PDD, SDD, BPMN, manuals, acceptance criteria);
  • Knowledge of Power BI for creating monitoring dashboards for automations;
  • Familiarity with Azure, queues and process orchestration;
  • Experience in projects within the financial sector, especially payroll-deductible loans and personal loans;
  • Previous experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and management tools such as Azure DevOps Boards or Jira;
  • Good communication, clarity when interacting with stakeholders and proactivity in handling tasks;
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
  • Differentials:
  • Knowledge of Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus);
  • Familiarity with other RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
