About the role

  • Manage and execute highly complex process automation projects using Power Automate, Foundry and other related technologies;
  • Serve as the technical reference for designing automation solutions, assessing feasibility and implementation complexity;
  • Define automation strategies and methodologies to maximize the cost-effectiveness of technology resources;
  • Develop and optimize automations in legacy environments using UI Automation and controlled scraping techniques;
  • Lead integration between corporate systems via APIs, connectors and custom scripts;
  • Implement and review technical standards for version control, exception handling and logging in automation solutions;
  • Build operational dashboards and performance reports to monitor bots and automated processes;
  • Collaborate with business areas to identify, prioritize and document automation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in technical leadership of automation projects with Power Automate;
  • Experience with Microsoft Foundry and developing automations using GenAI;
  • Proficiency in .NET, PowerShell, Python or NodeJS for scripting and integrations;
  • Proven experience with automation in legacy environments via UI automation and controlled scraping;
  • Experience with process orchestration and work queue management;
  • Expertise in version control (Git), exception management and implementing technical logging in a corporate environment;
  • Practical experience in financial sector projects, preferably in payroll-deductible credit and loans products;
  • Knowledge of Power BI for building operational dashboards;
  • Analytical skills for process mapping and redesign;
  • Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders;
  • Proactivity in identifying improvement opportunities;
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent demands;
  • Experience with agile management tools (Azure DevOps Boards or Jira);
  • Microsoft Power Platform certification (Power Automate).
