About the role

  • Ensure the quality of IT products and services by performing manual functional and regression testing.
  • Create test plans, test cases and test scenarios, ensuring full coverage of requirements.
  • Execute tests and report results, validating correct application behavior.
  • Identify, log and report defects and failures, and follow up on fixes with technical teams.
  • Propose solutions and improvements to increase system quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development and business teams, understanding requirements and client needs to align expectations and deliveries.
  • Perform other duties inherent to the role, contributing to continuous improvement of IT processes and products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the Telecommunications sector, with deep knowledge of systems, processes and integrations typical of the segment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in telecommunications projects or operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including test management, pipelines, backlog and automation.
  • Analytical skills and critical thinking, focused on identifying and resolving issues in complex, high-availability environments.
  • Experience in modernization and automation projects within the telecom sector.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration (CI/CD) best practices and monitoring of distributed systems.
  • Advanced SQL

  • API testing (REST and SOAP)
  • HTTP/HTTPS, methods and status codes
