Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years experience in managing teams in Supply Chain and Logistics
Strong familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
Ability to partner with Engineering to qualify new suppliers
Proven success negotiating, cost modeling and supplier management. Assessment of new suppliers a must.
Has hired and built effective teams
Applied experience in working with teams to gain SCM certifications
Financial and strategic acumen
Effective communicator
Ok to travel to suppliers and manage qualification plans as we bring up vendors
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment
