About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct scheduled client visits across the assigned territory
- Manage sales, collections, and ensure achievement of sales targets
- Keep clients informed about promotions, campaigns, and commercial policies
- Process and follow up on customer orders
- Handle collections and ensure proper reporting in the system
- Identify new prospects and expand the client portfolio
- Supervise product display and branding at points of sale (POS)
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and product launches
Requirements
What you’ll need- Based in Neuquén city or nearby areas
- High school diploma required
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and collections within FMCG
- Strong interpersonal skills and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Availability to travel and stay overnight (up to two non-consecutive weeks per month)
- Proactive approach to business development
- Basic IT skills (MS Office, email, reporting tools)
- Own vehicle in good condition
