About the role
- INFUSE is seeking a talented Procurement Specialist to join IT Support; you will drive global purchases, manage IT assets and licenses, oversee standards compliance, and work with internal teams to manage purchasing.\n
- Responsibilities: Process requisitions and purchase orders for IT assets, ensure timely delivery and issue resolutions with a focus on EMEA and US regions\n
- Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and vendors\n
- Ensure compliance in all software, service, and procurement activities\n
- Purchasing, tracking, and maintaining inventory of hardware, licenses, and services\n
- Maintain asset database through regular monitoring and coordination\n
- Researching and recommending solutions and vendors based on business needs\n
- Coordinating hardware maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and decommissioning\n
- Creating and assisting in the development and refinement of procurement policies and procedures\n

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in procurement or a related field\n
- Experience working with international vendors and cross-functional internal teams\n
- Solid understanding of modern hardware, software, and IT service markets\n
- Familiarity with software and service licensing models\n
- Experience working with vendors and cross-functional internal teams\n
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and cost optimization strategies\n
- Supervisory and team management experience is a plus\n
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal)\n
- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)\n
- Analytical and strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset\n
- Structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized\n
- Self-driven, flexible, and able to work independently\n
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment\n
- Experience with globally distributed teams is a plus
