About the role

  • INFUSE is looking for a startup-savvy Senior Full-Stack / Backend Engineer with a strong MVP mindset and proven experience building scalable, maintainable systems with extensive integration work.\n
  • This is a project-based contract focused on delivering an internal product primarily backend-driven (80%) with some frontend responsibilities (20%).\n
  • Our internal product will feature well-designed, robust APIs enabling seamless integration with other systems, built for scalability and ease of maintenance by future teams.\n

  • Key responsibilities:\n - Develop backend APIs and databases that are scalable and maintainable.\n - Integrate and manage third-party APIs for seamless data flow.\n - Build frontend components delivering responsive UIs with modern frameworks.\n - Analyze data and build efficient data pipelines (preferred but not mandatory).\n - Drive the full product lifecycle from MVP through scalable production release.\n - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in backend development, API design, and database management.\n
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with frontend technologies and frameworks (mid-level or higher).\n
  • Experience with data analysis and pipeline construction is a plus.\n
  • Skilled in modern development tools and AI-assisted coding (e.g., Cursor, Copilot).\n
  • Prior experience in data/web scraping, MarTech, or SalesTech is highly desirable.\n
  • Strong architectural mindset focused on scalability, maintainability, and clean integration points.\n
  • Tech stack is flexible; current systems include Python, PHP (Laravel, Symfony), React, or Vue, hosted primarily on AWS.\n
  • Language: Ukrainian/Russian required, fluent English (upper-intermediate or higher).\n
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills\n
  • Problem-solver who thrives on complex challenges
