  • Convert raw SME inputs into clear, learner-friendly modules
  • Create training materials (PPTs, documentation, Confluence pages)
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, SMEs & stakeholders
  • Build engaging, outcome-driven training programs

Requirements

  • Has strong experience in Instructional Design / Curriculum Design
  • Can bring clarity to unstructured content
  • Has excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Has worked with technical teams or in tech-driven environments
  • Bonus if you have exposure to: Backend, Frontend, QA, AI/ML, DevOps, or Cloud
