About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You design and implement technical solutions within the Salesforce environment
You support our client teams in the technical implementation of their projects
You work on 2–3 projects in parallel — with clear deliverables that you manage yourself
Interface programming and API analysis
Troubleshooting and improving existing developments, as well as providing third-level support for customer requests
You work closely with our consultants, admins, and solution designers
You integrate your solutions into existing system landscapes
You translate complex customer requirements into elegant Salesforce solutions
You pursue continuous learning and obtain additional Salesforce certifications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Very good German and English skills (German C1; English B2) for confident coordination and presenting solutions to internal teams and clients
Solid hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
Relevant certifications and a strong affinity for Salesforce Flows
Experience in system integration
Good analytical skills and agility
Experience with: Apex, JavaScript, HTML, Lightning Components, REST, SOAP
