About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You design technical Salesforce solutions together with our Functional Consultants.
You implement complex requirements on the Salesforce platform.
You develop Flows, validations, permission models and data models.
You plan and support integrations with third-party systems.
You advise and support our project teams on technical architecture decisions.
You analyze technical challenges and develop sustainable solution approaches.
You conduct technical reviews and quality assurance measures.
You continuously develop your skills through Salesforce certifications and new technologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in the technical implementation of Salesforce projects
Knowledge of Apex, Flows and Salesforce Security
Understanding of integrations and APIs
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud
Excellent German and English skills (German C1; English B2) for confident coordination and presenting solutions to internal teams and clients
Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript is a plus
Ideally, you have experience with Field Service
You hold relevant Salesforce certifications
