About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are responsible for planning, managing and successfully delivering Salesforce projects
You coordinate project teams consisting of consultants, developers, administrators and other stakeholders
You plan resources, budgets and project schedules
You facilitate project and status meetings with clients and internal teams
You identify project risks early and develop appropriate mitigation measures
You ensure transparency regarding progress, budget and project status
You act as the primary point of contact for our clients throughout the project lifecycle
You support the optimization of project management standards and processes
You accompany projects from kick-off to a successful go-live

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in managing Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud or similar)
Confident in client and stakeholder management
Experience overseeing multiple projects in parallel
Experience working within Agile project frameworks (SCRUM)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Very good German and good English skills (German C1; English B2)
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Preferably hold Salesforce or project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Scrum)
