About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are responsible for planning, managing and successfully delivering Salesforce projects
- You coordinate project teams consisting of consultants, developers, administrators and other stakeholders
- You plan resources, budgets and project schedules
- You facilitate project and status meetings with clients and internal teams
- You identify project risks early and develop appropriate mitigation measures
- You ensure transparency regarding progress, budget and project status
- You act as the primary point of contact for our clients throughout the project lifecycle
- You support the optimization of project management standards and processes
- You accompany projects from kick-off to a successful go-live
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in managing Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud or similar)
- Confident in client and stakeholder management
- Experience overseeing multiple projects in parallel
- Experience working within Agile project frameworks (SCRUM)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Very good German and good English skills (German C1; English B2)
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Preferably hold Salesforce or project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Scrum)
