About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You lead various project teams in the implementation of client projects
- Advising on the alignment and design of Salesforce-based IT solutions for our clients, as well as requirements management and solution design
- Analyzing and documenting existing processes in order to map them into Salesforce
- You are the point of contact for our clients' challenges
- You act as the interface between clients and our developers
- You conduct trainings and workshops and prepare our clients for go-live
- Continuous further training and Salesforce certification
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning
- Several years of experience as a consultant or project lead in the Salesforce environment
- Very good German and English skills (German C1; English B2) for confident coordination and presentation of solutions to internal teams and clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ideally, you have knowledge of JavaScript and HTML
- Knowledge of C++ or Java is an advantage
