Junior HR Generalist – Part-time

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You support the expansion of our teams by proactively sourcing candidates across various channels
- You translate our project requirements into precisely worded job postings
- You communicate with applicants, schedule interviews, and assist with interview processes
- You contribute ideas when creating onboarding materials
- You handle 1–2 open positions in parallel — with clear objectives that we manage together
- You gradually familiarize yourself with topics such as data protection, IT, and employment law
- You learn how to structure and standardize HR processes holistically
- You conduct needs and market analyses to make working at InfoTip even more attractive
- You leave your mark on our company culture, for example by introducing additional benefits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Very good German (C1) and good English (B2) skills to confidently conduct interviews
- Completed commercial vocational training or degree (e.g., business administration, social sciences)
- Ideally, initial experience in recruiting or HR
- You communicate with confidence and are highly organized
- Confident use of Office applications and willingness to learn various HR tools
- Affinity for social media
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn the legal aspects of personnel management
