About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff
- Develops architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines
- Advises on selection of technological purchases with regards to processing, data storage, data access, and applications development
- Sets functional and technical standards for the effective management of IT and Operations
- Advises of feasibility of potential future projects to management
- Research the API capabilities, specifically with respect to ServiceNow and SAP
- Demonstrate the successful testing of data exchanges between the EA repository and ServiceNow through the use of the respective software APIs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
- Ten (10) years relevant experience
- Experience in ServiceNow and SAP
- Relevant experience with the current DLA Enterprise Architecture solution in a DoW environment (as of November 2025, that solution is Celonis Process Management)
