Assist with system technical tasks, requirements gathering, management, and documentation for project and sustainment work
Business process management related to COTS/GOTS HR IT systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

A CURRENT U.S. Government SECRET Clearance or above.
Must have 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience with Human Resources IT systems.
Must be capable of performing and documenting system configuration and management, completing scope-defined technical tasks, interpreting software test results, and assisting with remediation.
Must have experience in requirements tracking, documentation, and creating process/feature documentation.
Must be knowledgeable in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management.
Must be able to assist with troubleshooting identified problems and escalate them as needed.
Must have understanding of SQL and ETL.
Must have prior experience integrating new technologies/systems and their data.
Must have prior experience performing requirements analysis for a wide range of users.
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Skillsoft learning platform
Hands-on experience with enterprise COTS/GOTS Learning Management software/HR suites.
