Asset Data and Assurance Analyst
Information Commissioner's OfficeAsset Data and Assurance Analyst ensuring quality and governance of asset data at Anglian Water. Manage and analyze asset data to support critical operational decisions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and update asset and maintenance master data within corporate systems
- Manage the creation, amendment and retirement of asset records
- Support the allocation and optimisation of maintenance plans
- Monitor and improve asset data quality
- Extract, analyse and interpret asset and maintenance data
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports and insights
- Support projects through data provision and system updates
- Develop and maintain process documentation
- Promote continuous improvement and data governance
- Provide support and guidance on asset data and SAP Plant Maintenance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working with data, reporting or asset information
- Strong working knowledge of SAP, Excel and data management processes
- Proven ability to collate, manipulate and analyse data accurately
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical data clearly to non-technical audiences
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Desirable: Experience using Power BI or Databricks, dashboard creation and utilities experience.
