Key responsibilities & impact

Report on commercial and contractual performance to stakeholders
Ensure accurate cost capture and allocation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong understanding of NEC3 contracts and construction law
Proven experience in a complex matrix team environment
Professional qualification (e.g. RICS, CIOB, ICE) (desirable)
Relevant degree in construction or commercial management (desirable)
