About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and drive strategic priorities, turning long-term vision into actionable delivery plans
- Lead high-impact initiatives, working across multiple directorates and workstreams
- Provide senior-level insight and challenge, supporting effective decision-making across the programme
- Act as a key connector across the organisation, ensuring alignment between delivery, corporate functions and external partners
- Represent and deputise for the Programme Director, engaging with senior stakeholders and industry partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in major capital programmes or complex project environments
- Strong strategic thinking and programme delivery capability
- Proven ability to work with senior leaders and influence decisions
- Confidence managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Ability to distil complex information into clear insight and action
- Excellent communication skills and the credibility to operate at senior levels
