About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead on ensuring high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across all facilities management activities
  • Oversee performance of Facilities Management contracts across operational sites
  • Monitor service delivery against KPIs, manage supplier performance, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance
  • Act as a key link between contractors and stakeholders, resolve service issues, carry out audits, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, develop more efficient ways of working, and deliver greater value for money

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experienced Facilities Management professional with strong understanding of FM service delivery
  • Solid health and safety knowledge (relevant qualification preferred)
  • Good understanding of managing soft services
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team
  • Well organised, able to prioritise competing demands, and remain effective under pressure
  • Proactive problem-solver, taking ownership of issues and developing practical solutions
  • Strong IT skills, particularly across Microsoft Office
  • Ability to produce clear and concise written communication
  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, and flexible in approach
