Regional Facilities Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead on ensuring high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across all facilities management activities
- Oversee performance of Facilities Management contracts across operational sites
- Monitor service delivery against KPIs, manage supplier performance, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance
- Act as a key link between contractors and stakeholders, resolve service issues, carry out audits, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, develop more efficient ways of working, and deliver greater value for money
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced Facilities Management professional with strong understanding of FM service delivery
- Solid health and safety knowledge (relevant qualification preferred)
- Good understanding of managing soft services
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team
- Well organised, able to prioritise competing demands, and remain effective under pressure
- Proactive problem-solver, taking ownership of issues and developing practical solutions
- Strong IT skills, particularly across Microsoft Office
- Ability to produce clear and concise written communication
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and flexible in approach
