About the role
- Conduct quality checks on published video content
- Review content in a VR headset to ensure correct technical settings (eye alignment, focus, audio-visual sync, noise-free playback, etc.)
- Verify passthrough mask accuracy
- Monitor and respond to video comments and discussions on the forum related to content quality
- Communicate with content creators to address content-related issues when necessary
Requirements
- Experience in quality assurance or/and video moderation is a big plus
- Familiarity with VR headset is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle routine tasks efficiently
- Proactive in identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate stakeholders
- English skills (B2 or above)
- Fluency in Russian
