About the role

  • You do more than work with numbers: you shape, analyze and make a difference.
  • You take responsibility and act as a sparring partner for our business units.
  • You support the quotation process from a controlling perspective and assist with budget planning and forecasts.
  • You prepare meaningful reports for management and the parent company and support month-end and year-end financial closings.
  • You analyze projects, cost centers and P&L-related matters and derive well-founded recommendations for action.
  • You further develop reporting and cost accounting — both in content and systems — and contribute new ideas.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration (preferably with a focus on controlling/finance) or a comparable commercial qualification
  • Initial practical experience in cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
  • IT-savvy and proficient in using ERP systems
  • Excel expertise: complex analyses, pivot tables, formulas — ideally with experience building your own planning models
  • Basic knowledge of IFRS and a good understanding of projects, revenues and provisions in the P&L and balance sheet
  • Analytical thinking and a confident approach to numbers
  • Self-initiated and motivated to question and improve processes
  • Communicative, well-connected and happy to work across departments
  • Structured, solution-oriented and ready to take responsibility
  • Digitally inclined — you actively drive the further development of our systems
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Benefits
  • Part of a strong network: We are a growing subsidiary of Airbus — offering entrepreneurial freedom with the stability of a global corporation behind you.
  • Flexible working hours: With our flexitime account you can organize your working hours independently.
  • Flexible working: Up to 3 days per week home office — for focus, work-life balance and productivity.
  • Planned time off: 30 days of vacation — plus an increase in your vacation entitlement after 5 and 10 years of service.
  • More time for you: Additional days off on bridge days and between Christmas and New Year.
  • Christmas bonus: Because commitment deserves recognition.
  • Profit sharing: Success is a team effort — therefore you benefit from an attractive bonus.
  • 'infodas on bike': Your company bike (JobRad) with a monthly employer subsidy — sustainable, healthy and flexible mobility.
  • And much more: Individual development opportunities, short decision-making paths and an environment that actively encourages initiative and creativity.
