About the role

  • You will be the first point of contact for IT — you respond quickly and have a solution ready
  • You will acquire IT skills to configure hardware and software components and integrate them into our systems
  • You will set up workstations for employees and support the rollout of new systems
  • You will create network descriptions, work instructions and IT documentation
  • Together with your team you will work on exciting IT projects

Requirements

  • You hold a general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or a technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) with good grades
  • You enjoy experimenting with IT applications and don’t give up when things don’t work right away
  • Working with computers, servers, operating systems and application software excites you
  • You are a team player and approach others openly
  • Friends and family always turn to you first when they have problems with their PC or an office application
