About the role
- Capture, assess and manage IT requests from the business units
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Plan, control and coordinate technical projects (resources, budgets, timelines)
- Work closely with our internal IT teams, external partners and service providers
- Ensure quality, transparency and traceability in the demand and project management process
- Monitor project progress, provide stakeholder reporting and manage escalations
- Promote standardization and process optimization across the demand and project portfolio
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a comparable technical qualification with several years of relevant professional experience
- Several years' experience in demand management and/or IT project coordination
- Strong technical understanding, ideally with experience in infrastructure or application projects
- Experience with project management methodologies (waterfall and agile)
- Analytical thinker, structured, self-driven and a team player
- Very good German and good English language skills
