About the role
- Develop and manage customers in the defense and public safety (BOS) sector
- Actively support Sales & Business Development in identifying and implementing new business opportunities
- Build long-term, trust-based customer relationships and develop them strategically
- Qualify leads, plan and conduct customer meetings
- Support the entire sales process
- Prepare and present solution and proposal concepts
- Work closely with PreSales and internal business units
- Coordinate internal interfaces and ensure smooth collaboration
- Participate in trade fairs, workshops and industry events
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration or engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Some to several years of sales experience, ideally in the defense, public security or BOS environment
- Confident communication, structured working style and consistent pursuit of goals
- Confident presence and the ability to explain complex matters clearly
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region
