About the role

  • Develop and manage customers in the defense and public safety (BOS) sector
  • Actively support Sales & Business Development in identifying and implementing new business opportunities
  • Build long-term, trust-based customer relationships and develop them strategically
  • Qualify leads, plan and conduct customer meetings
  • Support the entire sales process
  • Prepare and present solution and proposal concepts
  • Work closely with PreSales and internal business units
  • Coordinate internal interfaces and ensure smooth collaboration
  • Participate in trade fairs, workshops and industry events

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration or engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Some to several years of sales experience, ideally in the defense, public security or BOS environment
  • Confident communication, structured working style and consistent pursuit of goals
  • Confident presence and the ability to explain complex matters clearly
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region
