About the role

  • Provide operational support to Sales and Sales Development, particularly in lead generation and in preparing customer meetings
  • Research relevant market and customer information
  • Qualify leads and handle initial outreach
  • Prepare and follow up on customer appointments
  • Ensure accurate documentation
  • Maintain the CRM and perform other administrative and documentation-related tasks within the sales environment
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations in close cooperation with the Sales team
  • Accompany the team at customer events, workshops, and trade shows

Requirements

  • Commercial or technical vocational training or a related university degree
  • Initial experience in sales or a project-related environment
  • Strong willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliability
  • Ability to work in a structured and meticulous manner
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to travel, especially within the DACH region
