About the role
- Play a key part in designing and delivering modern, enterprise-scale data platforms for our clients
- Lead by owning architecture decisions
- Guide engineering teams
- Partner closely with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable cloud solutions
Requirements
- More than 6 years of experience in data engineering, ideally within consulting or professional services
- Proven experience leading and delivering large-scale enterprise data programs
- Deep hands-on expertise in: Azure data services (Data Lake, Synapse, Azure SQL, etc.)
- Azure Data Factory (ADF), Snowflake, dbt
- Advanced SQL skills and strong data modelling expertise (dimensional modelling, ELT patterns)
- Experience designing and implementing cloud-native data architectures
- Experience implementing data quality, lineage, and governance frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership capability across multi-stakeholder delivery environments
- Experience with a consulting background
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience contributing to solution architecture and technical design documentation
