About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead multidisciplinary squads, ensuring value-driven deliveries aligned with business strategy;
  • Facilitate and strengthen adoption of agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, and others), ensuring ceremonies are efficient, productive, and engaging, acting as facilitator and conductor of these meetings;
  • Assess team capacity against demand, planning and allocating people in a balanced way;
  • Foster autonomy, accountability and collaboration within teams;
  • Support people development through active listening, relational sensitivity and building real rapport, conducting development plans (PDPs), 1:1s and feedback sessions;
  • Oversee the team’s administrative routines, including vacation management and other day-to-day people leadership processes;
  • Mediate conflicts, creating a healthy, transparent and high-performance environment;
  • Work in partnership with Product Owners and stakeholders, ensuring clarity of priorities and quality of deliveries;
  • Identify bottlenecks, risks and impediments, acting proactively to resolve them;
  • Analyze performance indicators and drive continuous improvement;
  • Act as the bridge between squads, ensuring clear communication, integration and alignment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience managing agile squads and practical application of Scrum;
  • Proficient English for communication with international teams and leadership;
  • Strong leadership skills, clear communication, conflict management and emotional control, with a genuine ability to connect with people;
  • Initiative, ownership and results-oriented mindset;
  • Knowledge of project management, software development lifecycle and agile metrics (throughput, lead time, velocity, quality, etc.);
  • Critical and analytical mindset toward metrics and processes;
  • Use of AI tools to support indicator management, prioritization and squad routines, when applicable;
  • Experience in SaaS product companies or IT environments, even without a formal technical degree (preferred);
  • Experience with Jira or similar agile management tools (preferred);
  • Agile certifications (CSM, PSM II/III, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban Management Professional) (preferred);
  • Experience working closely with technical teams (preferred);
  • Knowledge of Lean, agile frameworks and service management (ITIL) (preferred).
